Carbon Allowances Purchased by the Carbon Lighthouse Association

Every carbon allowance purchased from a cap and trade auction has a unique serial number. After every quarterly auction we participate in, we dole out the appropriate number of allowances to each of our donors, and hold them indefinitely on their behalf.
